One Plug Solar

Update Log

Every automated and manual change to this site, dated and sourced. Plug-in solar policy moves most weeks; this is the audit trail.

How this site stays current

An automated monitor runs weekly. It re-checks the status of plug-in solar legislation in all 51 jurisdictions, re-verifies the factual claims in the guides against primary sources, and updates pages where something has genuinely changed. It only makes a change it can attach a source to, and every change is logged here. Corrections: hello@oneplugsolar.com.

August 28, 2026

No confirmed status changes this week — California SB 868, New Jersey S2368/A4836, and New York's SUNNY Act all remain on their governors' desks awaiting action, and other advancing/stalled bills (Massachusetts, Delaware, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Ohio) show no new floor votes or committee actions beyond what's already reflected in the tracker.
